Amid a year of economic uncertainty and shifting markets, Morson Group stood out for resilience, strategic growth, and bold ambition. Rather than slowing down, we accelerated, securing three new MSP contracts worth c£40m, growing across high-demand sectors like aerospace, defence, energy, and technology, and balancing permanent and contingent solutions with agility and impact.

From engineering design consultancy and HR outsourcing to training, vetting, and digital talent strategies, we continue to lead with end-to-end solutions that redefine what recruitment means.
