RPO1 partner for the energy transition

VPI Power, operating five CCGT and CHP plants across the UK, needed a recruitment partner to manage all technical and asset management hires while expanding into hydrogen and carbon capture.

Appointed in 2022, we implemented a full RPO1 model, supplying permanent and contract talent for operations, commissioning, and engineering roles – plus full vetting, payroll, and off-payroll consultancy.
