We are proud to announce that Morson Group has been shortlisted in the Recruitment Company of the Year >£250 million category at the APSCo UK Awards for Excellence 2026.
The APSCo Awards recognise the UK’s leading professional recruitment businesses, celebrating outstanding performance, innovation, service delivery and contribution to the recruitment industry.
The shortlisting follows another year of strong growth and transformation for Morson Group, including strategic acquisitions, international expansion, and the continued evolution of its integrated workforce solutions offering.
Over the past 12 months, we have strengthened our ability to help organisations address complex workforce and productivity challenges across engineering, energy, infrastructure, defence and technology. Alongside commercial growth, Morson has continued to invest in its people, ESG commitments and future skills initiatives, supporting both clients and communities for the long term.
An important step along this path involved the creation of four focused business divisions – Morson Edge, Morson Praxis, Morson Vital and Morson Nexus. Together, we offer an interconnected workforce ecosystem which covers areas such as specialist recruitment, technical consulting, workforce mobilisation and skills development.
This integrated approach enables organisations to access critical skills, deliver complex projects, reduce operational risk and build sustainable workforce capability.
Morson has also continued to invest in future talent through partnerships with organisations including the University of Salford and a range of industry and education initiatives designed to address growing skills shortages across key sectors. Being named a finalist is recognition of the dedication, expertise and hard work of colleagues across Morson, and reflects our continued focus on delivering practical, high-impact solutions that help clients solve their most pressing workforce challenges.
The winners will be announced at the APSCo Awards for Excellence ceremony at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane on 16 September 2026.
