Biography
David leads commercial strategy at Morson Group, helping clients solve workforce and productivity challenges across engineering, defence, energy, infrastructure and technology. As Chief Revenue Officer, he is responsible for driving growth, strengthening client partnerships and ensuring Morson delivers solutions that create long-term value.
With extensive experience developing client-focused workforce strategies, David has supported major programmes and projects across a range of industries. He works closely with clients and stakeholders to improve workforce planning, operational performance and delivery outcomes.
Passionate about innovation, David played a key role in establishing Morson’s partnership with a leading AI company and continues to act as executive sponsor, helping shape the adoption of AI-powered solutions that improve decision-making, enhance delivery and support colleagues across the business.
Known for his collaborative approach and commercial insight, David builds trusted relationships that enable organisations to navigate change, secure critical skills and achieve their long-term objectives. His focus is simple: helping clients move faster, work smarter and deliver better outcomes.
Alongside his role at Morson Group, David co-chairs the Engineering Sector at APSCo and was recognised as APSCo Outsource Leader of the Year in 2022.
