David Lynchahaun leads commercial strategy at Morson Group, shaping how we connect specialist talent to some of the most complex challenges across engineering, defence, energy and technology. Appointed as CRO in 2024, he is focused on turning strategy into results. From embedding AI-led ways of working to sharpening how we engage with clients, David drives smarter, faster and more effective delivery across the business.
With over 20 years of experience building high-performing teams and scaling revenue in technical sectors, he brings a clear, practical approach to growth. David leads commercial strategy, client partnerships, and sales across the Morson Group portfolio. He works closely with clients to cut through complexity, secure critical skills, and keep projects moving. David leads on client partnerships, sales and market strategy across Morson Group, with a focus on long-term value. Winning work is one thing. Delivering it, consistently, is what matters.
Alongside his role, David co-chairs the engineering sector at APSCo, representing the professional recruitment industry. He was also named APSCo Outsource Leader of the Year in 2022.
