Biography

Rebekah leads Morson Group’s marketing function, overseeing the development and delivery of marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, support business growth and help clients attract the specialist talent they need. Working closely with senior leaders, talent acquisition teams and communications stakeholders, she develops targeted employer brand and candidate attraction campaigns that build engaged talent communities and improve access to hard-to-find skills.

Rebekah has developed and delivered successful marketing campaigns across a range of highly regulated and technical industries. Her work has helped organisations increase brand visibility, strengthen candidate engagement and generate high-quality leads, supporting both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent attraction goals.

She also played a leading role in the transformation of the wider Morson business, overseeing the development and delivery of the Group-wide rebrand that brought together multiple specialist businesses under a single, unified Morson identity. The project redefined how the business presents itself to clients, candidates and partners, creating a clearer proposition built around solving productivity challenges through specialist skills.

With a strong understanding of the talent market and recruitment landscape, Rebekah combines strategic thinking with practical delivery to create marketing programmes that connect organisations with the right people, at the right time.
