Adrian is CEO of Morson Edge, leading a business dedicated to helping organisations solve productivity challenges through specialist talent. He works closely with clients, partners and colleagues to shape the direction of the business, ensuring Morson Edge continues to deliver the expertise businesses need across technology, energy, infrastructure and defence.
With more than 25 years’ experience in recruitment and workforce solutions, Adrian has led business growth, transformation and high-performing teams across the UK and international markets.
In 2025, Adrian led the transformation of 19 businesses and brands into four specialist business units, establishing Morson Edge as the Group’s specialist talent business. The new structure gives clients easier access to specialist expertise while bringing together the wider capabilities of the Morson business.
